    • Definition of a Program planning (Multi-Projects) for the implementation.

  • We intervene for example to attend the definition of the primary process of structured products issuance and to accompany the definition and the implementation of the adequate information processing systems.

• Private bank
  • We intervene for example within the framework of a global CRM initiative. To contribute with design and the implementation of an operational platform for Client Reporting.
  • Result: optimization of the retention rate related to the quality and the relevance of this service, and optimization of the costs related to its maintenance.

• Broking
  • We intervene for example, to define the possible scenarios of implementation of an entity of broking, to evaluate the benefit and to define of them the most optimal methods (organization, process, systems) for the implementation of the scenario selected.
